We process your Alkin Water orders within 1–2 business days. Shipping timelines may vary depending on the product (domestic, commercial or industrial RO) and delivery location.
We work with trusted courier and logistics partners such as Shiprocket, FedEx, Delhivery, DTDC and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your alkaline water purifier or RO system anywhere in India.
Domestic water purifiers are usually delivered within 3–7 business days. Commercial RO plants and industrial systems are dispatched within 7–15 working days. Remote areas may require additional time.
Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight and delivery location. Free shipping is available on selected Alkin Water products and during ongoing promotional offers.
Eligible Alkin Water purifiers come with free doorstep installation by our certified technicians within 24–48 hours of delivery (for serviceable cities).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also use our Order Tracking page to monitor your shipment.
