When you order a product online there may be instances when you need to return the product and get a refund. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, Alkin Water provides detailed information regarding return, refund and cancellation policies for our alkaline water purifiers, RO systems and water ionizers.
To return a product purchased from alkinwater.co.in (paid online), send an email to returns@alkinwater.co.in with your return reason. The refund will be processed after deducting applicable bank charges (2.5%), service tax (10% on bank charges) and ECESS (0.3% on service tax).
You can return the product before installation within 30 days from the date of invoicing.
Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Refunds are not processed via cash or cheque.
To cancel an order before shipment, email sales@alkinwater.co.in with your transaction details. Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable charges.
